Owner City of Edmonton
Two-year project started in 2020 and to be completed in the fall of 2021. This project consisted of a full reconstruction of the roadway with streetscape implementation from property like to property line with a contract value of over 4.5 million dollars. North West Paving is working closely with PCL to complete this project.
Project Scope:
- Supply and installation of new concrete work with streetscape designs.
- Installed vertical concrete features including benches and concrete vent enclosure for underground water storage tanks.
- Subgrade stabilization and gravel base preparation.
- Placement of new asphalt.
- Close coordination with PCL and their subcontractors to ensure efficient work.
- Coordination with utility construction companies in the urban city environment.
