North West Paving has been working with Brookfield Residential since 2007 constructing over 50 stages of new subdivision work in the summerside and orchards residential neighbourhood along with new collector roads to support these up and coming neighbourhoods.
Project Scope
– Base stabilization and gravel base prep.
– Supply and installation of new concrete works.
– Placing asphalt for new roads and asphalt trails.
– Construction of new parking lot and tennis courts for the Orchards Residential Association centre.
